Princess Bola Adelani is an honors graduate with a law degree from England's University of Buckingham. For close to a decade, she practiced corporate law in England and Nigeria. She chose to put aside her legal career to pursue her passion: Motivating people to gain the knowledge, power, and skills to pursue their passions, live their dreams, and realize their potential. As a result, she founded Royal Proclamations, a training, coaching, and speaking practice, which has inspired several hundred men and women to greater personal and business fulfillment.

Princess Bola is also founder of the non-profit organization, Watered Garden Ministries, Inc, which empowers women through a variety of community based mentoring, educational and benevolence programs. Watered Garden Ministries programs include visits to women in shelters and a clothing boutique that has provided clothing and other support to many women and families in need. Within two years, this program led to the founding of two divisions and has reached more than 1,500 women.
